I’m normally not one to leave reviews, but wanted to warn others based off of my experience. The first time I used Inception Plumbing was to replace the hot water handle of our bathtub. It cost over $400 to fix and broke about 30 days later. They came ...back to fix it for free, and when they did, the plumber didn’t turn the water off and flooded our basement and hallway. I had to ask for them to clean up and bring fans to dry their mess. Throughout both visits the plumber pointed out numerous issues and extremely high price tags. This included replacing part of our sewer line, our hot water heater, the copper pipes that are in our house, etc. Then he tried to sell me on a plan that I could pay monthly to get a better deal. Since using Inception, I found a plumber that’s a fraction of the price and twice as competent. I wasn’t gonna leave a review but now Inception cold calls me and emails trying to get me to buy more products… Isn’t plumbing supposed to be something that you call when you need it?
