Can I call Inception after hours?

Yes! Of course, you can. We all know plumbing problems don’t just happen between 9 & 5.

Does Inception have an hourly rate?

Yes! But it’s not typically used in service, only certain situations. We use a flat rate pricing system.

Is flat - rate pricing good?

Yes! No smoke & mirrors here like traditional pricing methods. We give you a price before we start.

Will Inception charge me for showing up?

No! Inception wont charge you a show up fee. Unless of course you call at like 3 am or something.

Is it OK to purchase my own fixtures?

Yes! This actually works out well because the fixtures are already there for our tech, which speeds thing up.

Are Inception's estimates free?

Yes! Inception won’t charge a dime to give an estimate. We can be there in no time flat!

Will Inception take my old fixtures?

Yes! If we install a new fixture we’ll be glad to help you dispose of your old one.
