About Inception Plumbing
Inception Plumbing is a Kansas City Metro-based plumbing company that offers residential remodeling and service work. We Train In-House | 8000sqft Training Facility
In-house training is at the top of our list. We believe strongly in impowing our people through education.
Inception Plumbing is in the process of developing an 8000sqft residential plumbing training facility in the Independence, MO area. Our primary focus is to replicate what it is we do for our customers. All reputable businesses start from ground zero.
With plumbing, it’s typically one guy in a truck out doing what it is he does. As the business grows and demand rises for that service, so shall the staff. Taking what it was that made the founder successful and channeling that through others is the hardest part about growing a successful service business. The technical training needed to make sure each and every customer receives the best possible service they can is exactly why we are focusing hard on this center.
The whole facility is a clean sewer system. This means each and every drainpipe will be free of the actual city sewer. This allows for our Technicians to practice cleaning their drains in a safe/sanitary environment. The facility will be made up of multiple areas made up of different components and rooms of your home like filtration, water heaters, toilets, sinks, faucets, sewer lines, garbage disposals, etc. Each component and fixture will have a detailed written process for how to repair and install it. Ultimately we look to capture videos of each and every one of these procedures to streamline our training.
The facility also helps our company teach our technicians the importance of protecting the customer’s home. We look to focus hard on floor and wall protection. We believe strongly in being proactive and not reactive when working in our customer’s homes. We take this aspect of our business very seriously and look to practice proper operational procedures regularly with our team here.
The facility’s main use is to allow our Technicians to receive weekly hands-on technical and operational training. Young eager apprentices working side by side with veteran plumbers practicing “How We Do It” is the ultimate goal and mission. We truly want to lift up the tradesman in the eyes of the consumer and themselves. A company building the plumbers of tomorrow while bringing you the service needed today.
